Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Quotations, Pricing & Invoicing

• All pricing issued via official Hexamech quotations or proforma invoices is subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted as inclusive.
• Quotations remain valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating raw material, logistics, and foreign exchange factors on imported equipment.
• Official tax invoices are issued under GSTIN 32ACFFM2275C1ZN (State Code: 32 - Kerala) enabling registered business buyers to claim allowable Input Tax Credit (ITC).

2. Dispatch, Freight & Delivery

• Heavy workshop machinery (two-post lifts, hydraulic scissor lifts, wheel aligners, frame benches) is dispatched via verified logistics carriers from our Calicut warehouse or direct manufacturer hubs.
• Unloading, site civil preparation (e.g., concrete slab depth and compressive strength requirements for lifts), and electrical phase supply are the customer's responsibility unless contracted as turnkey installation.
• Transit insurance is provided on select high-value machinery consignments. Consignees must inspect transit crates upon receipt and note any physical damage on the consignment note (LR) prior to signing.

3. Manufacturer Warranty & Service

• Machinery and diagnostic equipment carry warranty coverage as specified by the respective OEM manufacturer (e.g., LINICH, GYS, Blue-Point, Kärcher, Bosch).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal component failures under regular operating conditions. It does not cover consumable parts (seals, hoses, belts, filters), electrical voltage surge damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• On-site technician assistance across Kerala and South India is coordinated through our dedicated Service Desk (+91 98474 47677).

4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All contracts, purchase orders, and commercial arrangements with Hexamech Linich Tools are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.
